What does it actually cost?+

A clip starts at $1.00 for a short draft and runs to about $16.00 for eight seconds of Veo 3.1 at 1080p with audio. What happens if a generation fails?+
You're refunded. The charge is taken before the job is submitted — which sounds backwards until you consider the alternative, where a zero-balance account can run up a bill on our vendor — so every exit after that point puts the credit back on your balance.
Do I need to write a prompt?+
Not really. For a clip built from your cover art there are motion presets — slow push, parallax drift, light shift, orbit — that describe camera movement only, so the model animates your artwork instead of inventing new subjects. For a full scene there are four elemental templates where the only thing you fill in is who's in it.
How long can I download the file?+
Finished work is saved to your private library, and paid video stays downloadable for five days — the countdown is on the tile. We copy every clip into our own storage rather than linking the vendor's temporary URL, so the file is still there for as long as we said it would be.
Can I use it for a Spotify Canvas?+
Yes, with one thing to watch. A Canvas is a 9:16 vertical loop of 3–8 seconds, so generate at 9:16 in Cinematic clip mode and pick 4s, 6s or 8s. There is no separate 'Canvas' button — it is the same 9:16 output. Spotify also caps the upload at 8MB, so if a 1080p clip comes back heavier than that, re-generate at 720p.
