git-royal
Private beta · Invite only

All your royalties, one clear picture.

Your money is scattered across a dozen portals — distributors, ASCAP or BMI, the MLC, SoundExchange — each with its own login and confusing statement. Export what you already get from each, drop the files into git-royal, and every dollar rolls into one view. No logins to connect, no passwords to hand over.

It's built and running in invite-only private beta. Request access and we'll roll you in as we open seats.

The money's there. Seeing it clearly is the hard part.

A single release can generate royalties from five or more sources, on different schedules, in different formats. Most artists never get a complete view — so money goes unnoticed, unclaimed, or misunderstood. It shouldn't take a spreadsheet and a free weekend to know what you earned.

What we're aggregating

Every stream of royalties, pulled into one feed.

Distributors

DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, Symphonic and the DSP payouts they pass through.

PROs

ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS — your public-performance royalties as a songwriter.

The MLC

Mechanical royalties from U.S. streaming that so many artists never fully claim.

SoundExchange

Digital performance royalties for the recording — satellite and internet radio.

Neighbouring-rights collectors and international societies are on the roadmap too — the goal is a complete picture, not a partial one.

Not just numbers

Statements become answers you can use.

One earnings total

Every source, every song, added up — so you finally know what a release actually earned, across all of them.

Trends and gaps

Spot which songs are climbing, which are fading, and where a source looks like it's underpaying or missing entirely.

Closing the loop

Tie earnings back to the ads and streams git-royal already tracks — so you can see what your promotion actually returned.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this available now?+

It's live, but in invite-only private beta. Request access on this page and we'll open a seat for you as we roll out — we're onboarding in batches so we can support each artist well.

How does it work — do I connect my accounts?+

No connections, no passwords. You upload the CSV or TSV export you already download from each service, and git-royal reads the columns automatically and totals everything. See the full how-it-works guide at git-royal.com/guides/royalties.

Which sources work?+

Any that let you export a CSV/TSV — distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby…), PROs (ASCAP, BMI…), the MLC, and SoundExchange. Because we read columns dynamically, new or changed formats generally still work. Tell us where your royalties come from when you request access and it helps us prioritize.

Is my financial data safe?+

We store the earnings we parse from your statements, never your logins or passwords. To read column layouts we send only the column headers and a few sample rows to an AI provider that doesn't train on your data — never your whole file. We don't sell your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

What does it cost?+

The beta is free while we refine it. When it graduates it'll be part of a paid tier; artists in the private beta get early-access terms.
