Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of git-royal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

git-royal provides smart links, landing pages, conversion tracking, and related marketing tools for musicians. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use git-royal.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Free plan

We may offer a free plan with limited features and usage. We may change the limits of, or discontinue, the free plan at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use git-royal to:

  • Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
  • Post unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content;
  • Distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service;
  • Violate the terms of any connected platform (such as Meta, Stripe, or streaming services).

6. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant git-royal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to your content, including music, artwork, and audio previews.

Fan and visitor data. If you enable tracking through git-royal — including the Meta pixel and Conversions API — you are the data controller for the visitor and fan data collected on your pages. You are solely responsible for: (a) having all necessary rights, consents, and a lawful basis to collect and share that data; (b) providing your own privacy notice to your visitors; and (c) complying with applicable law and with the terms of Meta and any other connected platform. You agree to indemnify and hold git-royal harmless from claims arising out of your content or your data practices.

7. Third-party services

git-royal integrates with third parties such as Meta, Stripe, and streaming services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

git-royal and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, streams, conversions, or uptime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, git-royal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using git-royal at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
